If you already have your details in your CLIQQ App, just follow these easy steps: 

STEP 1: Activate your new mobile number by downloading the CLiQQ App and registering using your new mobile number.

STEP 2: Kindly fill out all the information needed in the CLiQQ App. 

(Open the CLiQQ App -- click the button on the upper left corner of the screen -- fill out all the fields with your information)

(For the home address, kindly click settings, then edit address.)

In the event that you are unable to make the proper changes, you may send an email to customercare@7-eleven.com.ph.

We will then give you a list of the necessary information we need in order for us to properly address your concern.
