If the email address that you have registered in your CLiQQ app is still valid, all you need is follow these easy steps:

1. Open your CLiQQ App

2. Click 'Open CLiQQ Wallet'

3. Click 'Buy at 7-Eleven'

4. On the left side of the number '0,' click 'FORGOT PIN'

5. It will then send a link to the email address that you registered

6. Click 'Open Wallet' and then enter your new PIN


However, if the email address that you have registered in your CLiQQ app is no longer valid, kindly call our customer service hotline numbers at (02) 87110711 or 0919-0-711-711.
