With a 7-Eleven always near you, we are one of the most convenient payment and cash in channels. 7-Eleven has partnered with PayMaya for our customers to be able to cash in their PayMaya wallets.
However, please be advised that effective June 1, 2021, PayMaya began charging a convenience fee of 2% on all PayMaya cash in transactions above Php10,000 monthly. This fee applies to all cash in transactions made at all PayMaya over-the-counter channels nationwide including 7-Eleven. You will only be charged when the Php10,000 monthly threshold is reached. Kindly note that this fee will be deducted automatically from the amount of your credited balance which is viewable in your activity list. The fee is computed based on 'Cash In Amount x 2% = Convenience Fee.'
On a lighter note, if you have not reached the Php10,000 monthly limit, you may claim a 2% rebate in the "Voucher" section in your PayMaya app.
