To set your expectations, if the sticker label on the bag shows "1/2" or any denominator greater than 1, it means that your ordered items were packed in multiple bags.
In this example, you are supposed to be given 2 bags instead of just 1.
Both bags should have sticker labels showing "1/2" and "2/2."
In the event that you were not able to claim the number of bags stated in the sticker label's denominator, you may go back to the same store to claim the remaining bag/s.
